(Score: 0) by Anonymous on Sunday, February 06 @ 12:47:41 CST Hmm, I tried to compile the last CVS snapshot of wxWidgets without sucess ... So I compiled the 2.5.3 version of it ... And xMule still wouldn't compile correctly, then I switch to GCC 3.4.3 [Slackware's testing] and that didn't help ... I tried the 1.8.4 version and finally sucessfully compiled and instaled the 1.9.4 version of xMule ... I mean, I did a lot of work to get to this running, went through a lot of combinations of wxGTK, GCC and xMule versions ... And each 'make' last about 2 hours on my 450MHz computer ... Then I'm really upset, as the only version that I could install correctly on my computer [1.9.4, compiled with wxGTK 2.5.3 with GTK2 suppport on GCC 3.4.3] segfaults as soon as it starts ...
