Lots of changes...seriously recommended over every other version, with a few qualifications. Read more for list of known bugs (and patches) in this release. My copy of this has been running 4D 15 hours and uses ~15% CPU. xmule-1.9.5pre4.rar (1.15M) [ED2K Link - preferred]

"If I could only go through the ducts and leap out onstage in a cape – that's my dream." -Ralph Nader, on the presidential debates

* Re-implemented PartFiles...CPartFile::Process() used to use 44% of xMule's total CPU usage, now uses ~1% * Discovered and fixed the CPU leak that would cause near-100% CPU usage after ~24 hours. * Discovered/fixed several memleaks. * Re-implemented source download selection -- reduced CPU. * FIXED progress-bar shading algorithm (donated code from pbrook of Code Sourcery). Known issues:
* When Pausing, Stopping, or Resuming a downloading file, all files will be set to that choice. Workaround: Set a file to paused, stopped, or resumed and immediately restart xMule...only the selected file's state will be affected on restart. [Final Patch]
* Hiding columns in the list controls doesn't work properly...a little is left visible and the column's name is not deselected from the popup menu. [Final Patch]
* A problem where the secure identification wasn't sent to eMule clients. [Final Patch]

All known bugs/problems patched
