But then you will receive compiler warnings, which will tell you, that /usr/include/crypto++/config.h is redefining variables. This is all fixed in the upcoming xMule Debian package 1.9.5-2 and the following. If you want to compile it on your own, then install cvs-buildpackage, checkout the CVS tree of http://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-xmule and run cvs-buildpackage (see the do*****entation in /usr/share/doc/cvs-buildpackage).
