Coding Blog: Join the Revolution!

We must figure out the Why for just the sake of being able to exert
ever-increasing amounts of sovereignty over our individual and collective
destinies, and we must do this as part of a far larger and grandiose mission
that began at the moment of the Big Bang: to ever-faster approach the boundary
condition which is the Universe becoming aware of itself and controlling its own
destiny through human cognition and action.
We shouldn't be a few million cave dwellers with no impact on Earth, yet we also
shouldn't be 9 billion people who will utterly destroy the very foundation of
our life support (and that of countless others) in the short-term, as we are
doing now. We *must* become of a planet of many many billions with a habitation footprint the size of Florida
and a terraforming affect on Earth that will create more vegetation than there
has been since the Cretacious period (Research the NAWAPA the Eurasian Land
Bridge, the Paris-Berlin-Vienna Rail, and the Middle East Oasis for more) over the next 50 to 100 years.
For the past 8 months i meet (read: shake hands with) at least one person a
month that knows who i am because of xmule...downloads over at sourceforge
haven't picked up appreciably, however, tho that's explainable due to a) their
woefully faulty statistics, b) installations from UNIX distros (it made it into
redhat, gentoo, and debian stable in June/July (releaes 1.8.4), and c)
bootlegged copies.
Indeed, due to the complexities of installing wxWidgets (because of dubious
leadership over there), and the complexity of xMule itself (it takes as long as
wx to compile), a very many people do not compile the source, as would be more
common in smaller apps with far smaller dependency chains (you literally need
gtk-devel, glib-devel, x11-devel, wxGTK-devel, zlib-devel, probably something
else...that takes all day to set up).
It is sort of humbling to know that over 600,000 downloads from just
SourceForge, that I've directly affected more peoples lives (albeit in an
arguably small way) than would have been possible just two hundred years ago,
and that such has occurred in a) one and 1/2 year and b) for vanishingly little
money could only have happened in this particular moment in history.
Alas, we *HAVE* to fucking put our lives on fucking hold and take back this
country! First we HAVE to wake people up to how they are brainwashed into
believing that approximating the answer without knowing Why -- indeed, believing
'why' is an impossible question -- is the reason our societies have inevitably
always collapsed!
We must figure out the Why for just the sake of being able to exert

shouldn't be 10 billion people who will utterly destroy the very foundation of
our life support (and that of countless others) in the short-term, as we are
doing now. We *must* become of a planet of many many billions (from what i've
studied, at least 35 billion) with a habitation footprint the size of Florida
and a terraforming affect on Earth that will create more vegetation than there
has been since the Cretacious period (Research the NAWAPA and the Eurasian Land
Bridge for more) over the next 50 to 100 years.
To get us out of this quagmire, we must directly assault the biggest myth of
all: That if population were to be reduced, or even stagnant, our species and
the Earth with it are doomed. We must all realize that our greatest strength is
our creative potential and this is directly correlated with energy-flux density
which is most efficiently used, created, and innovated in the highest population
densities of non-repressed and educated people.
I must now make a flier that will be mass released by the
Young Democrats of Houston , in conjunction with the LaRouche Youth Movement and
the Richard Morrison (runner against DeLay) campaign volunteers tomorrow...It's title says all: "Why taxation tuition is a Great
Thing."
Fight the Republicans by flanking them. Don't scream at them, don't ask them
why they are so dumb and/or biggoted...Tell them that knowing how to double the
square is enough to learn how to find truth in any real-life situation (see
above note about Knowing Why vs Guessing Where).
