Looks like it is a bug specific to wx's usage of g_timeout_add()'s results. This function is used primarily in wxIdleEvents which are hardly used by xMule but are used routinely in wx.

I still claim this is a wx bug, and that it doesn't throw assertions means it hasn't been found yet.

However, due to the sparsity of the backtrace, this is merely the most plausible view, and until one can reproduce it we can't even post a bug report to them :-/
