hello guys!

It's been almost a year since I last tried to use xmule. Now I've a new PC and am running linux again!

It installed ok and I've configured TCP and UDP ports. But when I ran xmule it started saying it couldn't connect to the TCP port open in my router so I'll have LOWID.

Here's backtrace:
Code:

Thanks in advance!

Well, it seems the crash has something to do with the search tab of xMule... I saw similar crashes in the past. The current code is C mixed with C++ (written by a former developer named "upload"), and is very unstable and hard to understand. We need to rewrite the whole searching mechanism in future versions. Thanks for reporting!

Btw, it will help if you'll tell us the version of wxWidgets used and run xMule inside gdb (instructions) and generate a full backtrace (which will allow us to see the objects as well.

Avi,

Thanks for the reply! Actually I've stopped using all p2p software. I need to run some tests with my hardware - mainly emulating windows games at Linux. Razz

As soon as I install xmule again, I'll let you know how it is!

Thank you again and happy new year!
